This isn't just a support role-you'll be driving projects forward, owning key deliverables, and building the foundation for a long-term career in energy and infrastructure.What You'll Do-In this RoleTake ownership of project planning and execution, actively shaping outcomes and driving progress across technical systems and infrastructureMonitor and analyze project budgets and schedules, proactively identifying risks and implementing solutionsProvide clear, data-driven updates to clients and stakeholders, highlighting your ability to manage timelines and financialsCoordinate permitting, construction planning, contractor oversight, and procurement-developing your leadership and decision-making skillsEnsure all work aligns with ENGIE's high standards for safety, ethics, and sustainabilityWhat You'll BringA Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical field. In lieu of a four-year degree, a high school diploma or GED with four (4) years of relevant experience will be consideredProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project)A systems approach to problem solving and the ability to define emergent problems quantitativelyFamiliarity in understanding how scope, schedule, and budget interact throughout a project's lifecycleA drive to contribute meaningfully to long-term infrastructure improvements-paired with curiosity, adaptability, and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes in a dynamic campus environmentAdditional DetailsThis role is eligible for our hybrid in-office work policy and is not eligible for remote workMust be willing and able to comply with all ENGIE ethics and safety policiesMust possess a valid U.S. driver's license/clean driving record; for ability to drive to site locationsCompensationHourly Range: $37.06 - $56.84 USD hourly.This represents the average expected pay range for a qualified candidate.ENGIE complies with all federal, state, and local minimum wage laws.
