Caregiver (PT/FT)

Location: Edina, MN (residential care homes)Pay: $17.00–$24.00/hour (based on experience and qualifications)Shifts: Morning, Evening, Overnight; every other weekendAbout the roleEnglish Rose caregivers work in Edina residential care homes with a 1:3 staff-to-resident ratio. This supportive environment allows you to provide meaningful, relationship-focused care to residents living with dementia and complex medical conditions.ResponsibilitiesAssist residents with personal care and daily living needsPrepare meals, light housekeeping, and laundryLead or join in daily engagement activitiesPartner with coworkers and families to deliver high-quality careTeam supportWhen a caregiver is unavailable, leadership or another team member fills in to maintain the 1:3 ratio.
