Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Orthodontic Assistant, based in Madison and Dunellen, NJ. The Orthodontic Assistant will assist orthodontists in clinical procedures, ensure proper sterilization of instruments, and support the overall patient care process. Responsibilities include preparing patients for treatments, assisting in orthodontic procedures, maintaining equipment cleanliness, and ensuring patient comfort during appointments. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing outstanding service are essential for success in this role. Qualifications Proficiency in orthodontic care, including experience in Dentistry and OrthodonticsKnowledge of sterilization techniques and dental assisting practicesStrong interpersonal and patient care skills, with a focus on enhancing patient comfortExperience working in a clinical setting is preferredCertification in dental assisting or equivalent qualifications is a plusAbility to communicate effectively and work collaboratively in a team environment
