The Registered Nurse will provide patient care within a structured environment and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to create and implement individualized treatment plans. Responsibilities include administering medications, monitoring patient health, assessing withdrawal symptoms, ensuring safety, and providing education on wellness and recovery. The role supports evidence-based approaches and requires compassionate engagement with patients in all stages of recovery.QualificationsLicensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of MichiganStrong clinical skills, including medication administration, health monitoring, and managing withdrawal symptomsAbility to provide compassionate patient care and maintain a therapeutic environmentExperience in addiction treatment, behavioral health, or medical-surgical care preferredExcellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a multidisciplinary teamAbility to manage crisis situations calmly and efficientlyCPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (required)Bachelor's degree in nursing (preferred, though not required)
