Job Description Commercial Construction Superintendent Seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent to oversee ground-up construction projects throughout the state of Texas. This is an opportunity for a field-focused leader who enjoys taking ownership of the jobsite, driving schedules, leading teams, and seeing projects through from dirt work to final turnover. The ideal candidate is hands-on, proactive, and comfortable managing all aspects of field operations while maintaining quality, safety, and schedule expectations. Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day jobsite operations from mobilization through project completionCoordinate subcontractors, manpower, materials, and equipmentDrive project schedules and identify potential delays or field challenges before they impact progressEnsure work is performed according to plans, specifications, and quality standardsMaintain a strong safety culture and enforce OSHA complianceLead subcontractor meetings and communicate effectively with project teams and ownershipManage inspections, punch lists, and project closeout activitiesMaintain accurate jobsite documentation and reporting Qualifications:7+ years of Superintendent experience in commercial constructionProven experience overseeing ground-up construction projectsAbility to read and interpret construction drawings and specificationsStrong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsExperience coordinating multiple trades and maintaining schedulesExperience with Procore and/or construction management software preferredWillingness to travel throughout the state of Texas as project needs require Compensation & Benefits:Competitive compensation packageTravel package/per diem as applicableHealth benefits, PTO, and retirement offeringsStrong backlog of work and long-term growth opportunity If you're someone who enjoys being in the field, leading teams, and owning projects from start to finish, apply online or send your resume to Kenna Warren at kenna.warren@gogpac.com .
