Job descriptionWe are the top Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep, Ram, Wagoneer dealer in Pinellas County with Hundreds of available New and Preowned vehicles to sell. We are paying UP-FRONT for sold Incoming and Ordered Units!! We have had great success during the pandemic and find ourselves in need of 2 to 4 EXPERIENCED car sales representatives. 2 locations provide us 2 full inventories of New & Preowned vehicles to sell from.Job Responsibilities:Sales Representatives complete extensive training regarding the product line. (Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Ram & Wagoneer)As a Sales Representative, you will spend time with customers to determine their needs and discusses vehicle optionsSales Representatives test drive vehicles to demonstrate automotive featuresSales Representatives will complete quotes, return email/voicemail, other administrative functions to include running credit applications and processing transaction paperworkFollow up with existing and potential customers to generate leads and close salesWhat you can expect:90 Day on the job Training / Mentorship Program provided to get you settled in.Manager's that aggressively make every deal possible and we do not lose deals over price to our competitors.Only one short, POSITIVE Sales meeting every Saturday.Pro-Plan Compensation for experienced Automotive Sales RepresentativesJob RequirementsAlthough we are specifically seeking seasoned automotive sales professionals, we will also consider trainable sales candidates. Successful Chrysler automotive sales professionals have come from a variety of backgrounds.
