NPI Product Data Manager
Location: Sunnyvale, CA (Hybrid)Duration: 6 months contractJob Description: Product Data / Program Management professional to join a high-impact team responsible for ensuring product and technical data is clear, accurate, and operationally ready across the full hardware lifecycle-from early concept and NPI through mass production and eventual obsolescence.This role sits at the intersection of data integrity, operational execution, and cross-functional coordination, supporting large-scale infrastructure planning and execution across a global footprint.Responsibilities: Support and coordinate product data workflows across the server hardware lifecyclePartner with program managers, analysts, and cross-functional stakeholders to execute data and process updatesMaintain and improve data quality across forecasting, procurement, and deployment workflowsTrack program milestones, risks, and dependencies using structured reporting and dashboardsPrepare clear, executive-ready documentation, metrics, and presentationsExperience: 2+ years of experience in program management, project coordination, operations, or project supportProven ability to operate in fast-moving, detail-oriented technology or corporate environmentsStrong proficiency with data management tools (spreadsheets, tracking systems, reporting dashboards)Experience creating clear, concise presentations for cross-functional or leadership audiencesHighly organized, execution-focused, and comfortable working across time zones and teamsExposure to hardware, cloud infrastructure, supply chain, or technical product environmentsExperience working with globally distributed teamsSkills: Project/Program ManagementData Management toolStorytellingEducation: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experienceAbout US Tech Solutions:US Tech Solutions is a global staff augmentation firm providing a wide range of talent on-demand and total workforce solutions.
