Role Description Jasper Builders is seeking an experienced Estimator for a full-time, on-site position located in Mooresville, NC. The Estimator will be responsible for analyzing project requirements, preparing detailed cost estimates, performing material take-offs, and collaborating with team members and subcontractors. This role will also involve reviewing blueprints, gathering bid proposals, and ensuring accurate and efficient project budgeting in alignment with company standards. Qualifications Proficiency in construction cost estimation, material take-offs, and quantity surveyingStrong ability to read and interpret blueprints, construction plans, and specificationsExperience in building strong relationships with vendors, subcontractors, and clientsExcellent organizational, analytical, and attention-to-detail skillsProficiency in construction estimation software and Microsoft Office applicationsEffective communication and negotiation skills to ensure project goals are metAbility to work in a team-oriented environment and adapt to project deadlinesRelevant experience in residential construction or related fields is preferredBachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is a plus
