Operation Support Supervisor

OverviewElement has an opportunity for an Operation Support Supervisor to efficiently carry out the administration activities in a busy site laboratory all the while coordinating with the corporate offices ensuring adherence to the administration policies of the company.In this role you will carry out managerial responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Your departmental responsibilities will include training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; recommending rewards and disciplinary actions.Salary: $30- $36/hr DOEResponsibilitiesManage administrative affairsFace facility inspections from goverment regulatory bodiesVisit governmental offices and be responsible for submissions in line with the legal stipulations for the countryCustomer service managementCustomer data maintenanceFront office maintenanceStationery stock managementTravel / transport coordinationReporting Training new adminsEnsure facility managementSupport accounts team in areas of payroll, payables, inventory Job scheduling and duty rostersClerical duties, filing and data maintenanceCoordination of inter laboratory transactions when requiredProvide assistance to the department managers / supervisorsEnsure adherence to the company policiesConduct periodic team meetings with specific emphasis on HSE, technical updates, etc.Co-ordinate for periodic training for the teamMotivate the team for superior performance and be a conduit between employees needs and the companyCoordinate department employees leave with minimum effect on the operationsSkills / QualificationsGraduate degree3 years prior experience in a Senior Administrative Supervisor capacity with a total experience of not less than 8 yearsGood command of English LanguageExperience with reportingPrior track record conducting trainingCompany OverviewElement is one of the fastest growing testing, inspection and certification businesses in the world.
