Our team is dedicated to helping individuals restore mobility, manage chronic pain, and improve their overall quality of life through innovative treatments and compassionate, personalized care.The OpportunityAs a Medical Assistant at SEPA Pain & Spine, you will provide both clinical and administrative support to healthcare professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care. This role is essential in maintaining efficient patient flow, preparing treatment areas, assisting with procedures, and supporting patients throughout their care experience.What You'll DoPatient Care & Clinical SupportAssist physicians and practitioners during medical procedures and clinical examinationsPrepare treatment rooms and equipment for patient carePrepare, order, and administer medications under physician supervisionAssist with transferring patients before and after proceduresPatient Coordination & SupportCheck in patients, schedule appointments, and manage patient flowObtain and record patient medical histories, vitals, and test resultsDeliver compassionate support and assistance to patients and their familiesOperations & Clinical ReadinessPrepare examination rooms and clean instrumentsManage inventory of medical supplies and ensure exam rooms are properly stockedMaintain accurate patient records and documentationCompliance & Administrative SupportEnsure compliance with all healthcare regulations, including HIPAA and OSHAMaintain strict confidentiality of patient informationComplete all required annual training by assigned deadlinesPerform other related duties as assignedYou'll Thrive in This Role If YouEnjoy working in a fast-paced clinical environmentAre highly organized and attentive to detailCommunicate clearly and professionally with patients and team membersTake pride in delivering compassionate patient careCan work independently while contributing to a collaborative teamQualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED requiredOne to three (13) years of experience as a Medical Assistant requiredMedical Assistant Certification preferredSkills & AbilitiesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong interpersonal and customer service skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related softwareStrong organizational skills and attention to detailKnowledge of clerical procedures such as recordkeeping and filingKnowledge of medical terminology and office ethicsAbility to maintain strict patient confidentialityWhat We OfferMedical InsuranceDental InsuranceVision InsuranceLife InsuranceShort-Term Disability InsuranceLong-Term Disability Insurance401(k) Retirement PlanWhy You'll Love Working at SEPA Pain & SpineAt SEPA Pain & Spine, you'll be part of a team dedicated to helping patients improve their mobility, comfort, and quality of life.
