Paralegal | $120/hr Remote | MercorIf you're a seasoned legal professional with a passion for AI and an eye for detail, this hourly contract role offers you an opportunity to shape the next generation of AI legal tools.Base pay range $90/hr - $120/hrCompany:Mercor (worked through Crossing Hurdles) – a partner powering cutting‐edge AI research labs globally.Location:RemoteType:Hourly contractCommitment:10–40 hours/week, flexible and asynchronous.Role ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with researchers to create realistic legal scenarios and case studies for benchmarking and improving AI models.Draft, review, and refine legal‐style prompts, responses, briefs, memos, and other legal documents to enhance the AI model's capabilities in legal reasoning.Provide feedback on the accuracy, clarity, and legal rigor of AI‐generated content, ensuring it meets professional standards.Work closely with a small team to complete focused project sprints, contributing your legal expertise to enhance the AI model.Be willing to work in an experimental environment, where collaboration and iteration are key to improving the model.RequirementsStrong professional legal experience, ideally at a top U.S. law firm or in‐house at a leading corporation.Strong background in legal research, drafting, and analysis across areas such as corporate law, litigation, or regulatory compliance.Ability to work effectively in a small group and willingness to iterate on the project structure.Excellent written communication skills with a high attention to detail.Application Process (Takes 20 minutes)Upload resume.AI interview based on your resume (15 minutes).#J-18808-Ljbffr
