In this role, you will work 1:1 with clients diagnosed with Autism and/or related disorders, between the ages of 2 and 10. We focus on early intervention, after school services, and in-school support in nearby schools. If you are an RBT who wants to make a difference in your community and your clients' lives, we want to hear from you!ResponsibilitiesProvide direct applied behavioral analysis (ABA) services to clients. Provide a rewarding and individualized learning environment for each client. Maintain clear and accurate documentation of client information, using data collection software as well as written data sheets as necessary. Maintain respect and confidentiality for all clients, staff, etc. at all times. Participate in team meetings and client case reviews as required. Adhere to all facility and licensing standards. Qualifications And ExpectationsBachelor’s degree in psychology, education, applied behavior analysis or similar field preferredCurrent and unrestricted RBT Cerftification by the BACBOne year of experience in the field of applied behavior analysis preferredExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to sit/play on floor with clients; ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs
