You will be responsible for managing the local marketing team while working closely with the New England Marketing team and Compass corporate marketing department to develop, oversee, and execute a local brand strategy and agent marketing services strategy. You will be the leader and visionary for Cape Cod Compass Marketing.Please note this is in-office role in either our Boston, Hingham or Osterville office.At Compass You WillLead a marketing team that effectively, efficiently, and intelligently handles all local marketing needs for our agents on Cape Cod, the Islands, and the surrounding coastal areasLead strategy and execution for all agent branding and marketing to ensure cohesion with the Compass brandAnalyze local media landscape and develop local media strategy (print and digital) in partnership with Senior Marketing ManagerPartner with regional creative team across all platforms, including print and digital design, advertising campaigns, video content, and social mediaAnalyze local marketing needs and remain up to date on local real estate market trends, forecasts, account analyses, and the competitive landscape to inform the evolution of Compass Cape Cod’s marketing presenceWork with other regional marketing managers on cross-regional marketing opportunitiesPartner with Senior Marketing Manager on regional brand strategy and implementation of best practices across the regionIdentify and guide opportunities for building scalable systems that will allow the local offices to grow effectivelyUpdate and track marketing KPIs across internal dashboards, utilizing data to optimize the local and regional marketing team’s performance What We're Looking For:Collaborative, results-oriented leadership experience and approach7+ years previous experience in a marketing or branding role; agency and creative production experience preferred3+ years management experience leading cross-functional teams; change management experience a plusExcellent communication and presentation skills and acute attention to detail, allowing you to think big, adapt quickly, and act fastExpert-level understanding of marketing strategy and planning with the ability to identify the right tactics across a multitude of marketing channels (print, digital, social, content, direct mail, video, paid media, etc)Possesses the ability to establish credibility with key decision-makers and influencersSkilled communicator with great interpersonal skills, ability to build and manage relationshipsGreat listening skills, connect well with others, and empathetic of the stakeholders’ and customers’ pain pointsAdept project manager; impeccable time management and prioritization skillsExperience working in real estate marketing is a plus Experience working in Adobe Suite and Workfront is a plusThe salary pay range for this position is $99,300-$110,300; however, the base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Bonuses and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of benefits. Base pay is based on market location.
