Senior Scheduler (Construction)Location: Las Vegas, NV (Local or Relocation Required)Salary: $140,000 – $180,000+ annually (flexible for the right candidate)OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Senior Scheduler to support and lead scheduling efforts across multiple large-scale construction projects for a highly reputable commercial general contractor. This individual will play a key role in driving project timelines, supporting organizational scheduling strategy, and assisting in the oversight and development of scheduling teams.This is a highly visible role requiring advanced technical expertise, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage complex project schedules in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, manage, and maintain detailed project schedules from preconstruction through completionSupport organizational scheduling strategy and collaborate closely with leadershipAssist in guiding and mentoring junior schedulers to ensure consistency and performancePerform and analyze Time Impact Analysis (TIA) for complex construction projectsIdentify schedule risks, delays, and implement mitigation strategiesWork closely with project managers, superintendents, and executive leadership to ensure alignment on timelinesUpdate schedules regularly to reflect real-time project progress and changesSupport claims analysis and provide detailed schedule documentation when neededEnsure scheduling best practices and standards are followed across all projectsQualificationsProven experience working with a commercial General Contractor (GC) in a stable roleExpert-level proficiency in Oracle Primavera P6Strong experience with complex Time Impact Analysis (TIA)Ability to manage multiple large-scale, complex project schedules simultaneouslyDeep understanding of construction sequencing, logistics, and project lifecycleStrong communication skills with excellent English speaking and writing abilitiesMust be local to Las Vegas or willing to relocate and work fully in-personPreferred ExperienceExperience supporting or leading scheduling efforts across multiple projects or at a program levelLarge-scale commercial construction experience (hospitality, mixed-use, or complex builds preferred)Experience mentoring or supporting junior scheduling staffCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary: $140,000 – $180,000+ (flexible based on experience)Comprehensive benefits package including:Medical, Dental, and Vision InsuranceLife Insurance401(k) with company matchPaid Time Off (PTO) and Paid HolidaysParental LeaveShort-term and Long-term DisabilitySupplemental Insurance optionsAbout the CompanyThis organization is a well-established commercial general contractor known for delivering high-quality, complex construction projects.
