Meals will be reimbursed.Engagement OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Onsite End-User Computing (EUC) Migration Specialist to support a multi-site workstation and identity migration initiative across nine (9) U.S.-based distribution centers. This role is 100% field-based with lots of travel for all nine (9) weeks of the engagement. You will be working onsite in coordination with a remote migration consultant who will be executing centralized cutover activities.The successful candidate will act as the on-the-ground execution, validation, and issue-resolution resource, ensuring workstation migrations, Active Directory joins, and user access transitions are completed successfully with minimal business disruption.Travel RequirementsTravel is required to all nine (9) distribution center locations over the course of the engagementCandidate must be comfortable with frequent travel and onsite presence during migration windowsAirfare and Hotels will be prepaid for you. Key ResponsibilitiesMigration Oversight and ExecutionMonitor and support the onsite progression of workstation migrations while cutover tasks are executed remotelyCoordinate onsite activities with the remote migration consultant to ensure proper sequencing and timingMove systematically through designated areas of each distribution center to support migration progressValidation and Quality AssuranceValidate that workstations are successfully migrated and joined to the target Active Directory / tenantConfirm successful post-migration functionality including device access, domain membership, and policy applicationPerform spot checks and functional validation to ensure migration integrityEnd-User Support and Issue ResolutionAssist users experiencing login issues or access problems following migration to the new tenantTroubleshoot and remediate issues related to the Quest Desktop Update Agent (DUA)Provide real-time support to minimize user downtime during and after migration eventsCommunication and CoordinationServe as the primary onsite point of contact during migration activitiesIdentify, document, and escalate issues promptly to the remote migration consultantMaintain clear and consistent communication regarding migration status, risks, and blockersCoordinate closely with local site contacts as needed to ensure smooth executionReporting and DocumentationReport daily progress, issues, and resolutions to the migration leadTrack migration status across sites and provide feedback on readiness and completionEnsure issues are clearly documented and handed off appropriatelyRequired Skills And ExperienceProven experience supporting end-user computing migrations, workstation refreshes, or domain/tenant transitionsStrong working knowledge of Active Directory and Windows workstation environmentsHands-on experience supporting user login, profile, and access troubleshootingFamiliarity with migration tooling such as Quest Desktop Update Agent (DUA) or similar utilities preferredStrong troubleshooting skills with the ability to work calmly in live cutover scenariosExcellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with remote technical teamsPreferred QualificationsPrior experience supporting multi-site or distributed environment migrationsExperience working in warehouse, distribution center, or manufacturing environmentsAbility to work independently and manage onsite priorities with minimal supervisionWork EnvironmentOnsite work at distribution centers during active migration periodsFast-paced, execution-focused environment with real-time user interactionClose collaboration with remote technical resources and project leadershipPowered by JazzHR5mU9kpWwW3
