Assembler /Machine operator

*Job Title*: Production Operator 1 Pay rate $18.38hr 1st shift--6:00 am to 2:30 pm *Contract: * 12 months with possibility of extension *Location*: Buffalo Grove IL 60089 *Job Description*: *For 1st shift 6:00 am to 2:30 pm Pay rate is $18hr * *For 2nd shift 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm Pay rate is $20hr* Start Date ASAP No. of hours: 40 hrs. per week with possibility of OT Make a note:---*It is better if we narrow people with hands on experience in assembly.* *KEY DETAILS* * We are looking for someone who has some building experience * Need Dependable Transportation * We need someone that can also lift up to 25lbs, * Be ab le to work on their feet, * Can work by themselves or with others. * Good Attitude * Follows Directions and open to change * C*an work with their hands (Previous manufacturing, Food Service, working on cars, e*ct…) * Worked in a fast-paced environment. * Can Learn Quickly and repeat what was learned. * Good attendance. *I. Basic Function* Performs assembly, test and packaging of electronic and mechanical products to prescribed quality and production standards and in accordance with ISO procedures. *II. Essential Duties* Manufactures products using visual aids, written and verbal work instructions and procedures. Moves parts and materials as needed to maintain an orderly material flow. Rotates between operations within a work cell as well as between departments. Prepares work cell and/or department records. Notifies appropriate personnel if process/method is out of compliance. *III. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities* *High School Diploma or GED* *\_\_ Experience in \_\_\_\_* Ability to function and contribute in a team environment. Ability to sit, stand, bend, push, pull or a combination of all movement types as required by and for the duration of the job assignment. Capability to *use hand tools (screwdrivers, pliers, wrenches, etc.),* *electric and pneumatic power tools *and in-house developed product specific tooling/fixtures and able to lift up to 25 lbs.
