Our platform combines sophisticated media buying with proprietary analytics to turn TV advertising into an automated, digital-like experience, enabling businesses of any size to advertise on TV.The Media team is growing and we're looking for Media Coordinators to join the Media Operations department. In this role, you will use the knowledge and experience you've had at previous media or tech companies and learn the latest technology and measurement utilized at Tatari.ResponsibilitiesBecome an expert in Tatari's proprietary backend media operations systemsWork with the Revenue team and ensure all day-to-day operational tasks are completed correctly and timely, including: Working with vendors to ensure proper execution of creative deliveriesWorking with network partners to receive weekly airing informationEnsuring that all information are accurate in Tatari's proprietary backend systemWork on ad-hoc requests from the Revenue and Platform teams, including: Network S&P approval process and communicationMaintaining Inventory CatalogIdentify and implement process improvements including automation of tasksQualificationsBachelor degree from a 4-year institutionIntermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills (including Google Sheets)Experience creating pivot tables, VLOOKUPs and advanced functions and techniques for working with simple data sets.Familiarity with macrosDetail oriented, ability to juggle competing priorities and always follow throughA self-starter and driven with a strong sense of urgencyStrong interpersonal and communication skillsCuriosity and desire to learn, with particular emphasis for AIBonus: experience with writing macros and Python codingHourly rate: $26.00 - $36.00Equity compensationHealth insurance coverage for you and your dependents401k, FSA, and commuter benefits$150 monthly spending account$1,000 annual continued education benefit$500 Newbie Productivity PerkUnlimited PTO and sick daysMonthly Company Wellness Day OffSnacks, drinks, and catered lunches at the officeTeam building eventsHybrid RTO of 2 days per week in officeAt Tatari, we believe in the importance of cultivating teams with diverse backgrounds and offering equal opportunities to all.
