JTM Supervisor - First Shift

We are currently looking for a JTM Supervisor for our Souderton, PA facility/location.This is a 1st shift role and the hours are Monday – Friday 7am – 3:30pm.The employee will oversee all operations and staff employed by Almac Clinical Services relevant to the JTM packaging area ensuring that quality is maintained in products for the safety, well-being, and protection of the patient. Employee will be required to perform assigned functions within the JTM processing area (no exposed product).In addition, employee will be required to perform duties of a Production Supervisor within the Secondary Packaging area when required.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Maintain compliance with all current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).Accurately complete and review relevant sections of batch documentation, ensuring work orders are completed according to the documentation and executed properly in the COSMOS system.Allocate personnel to JTM work orders. Ensure work orders are completed in a timely and most efficient manner.Maintain consistently high standards of supervision of all team members and provide direction to staff in resolving JTM related problems.Maintain consistently high standards of supervision of all team members and provide direction to staff in resolving JTM related problems.QualificationsEducation:High School Diploma or EquivalentAssociates Degree preferredRequired:Minimum 2 years production/manufacturing experienceTeam Lead or Group Lead experience (not required to be in Pharmaceutical)Familiarity with team based manufacturing environmentPreferred:2+ Years Supervisory experience (not required to be in Pharmaceutical)Experience working as a Production Supervisor in Secondary PackagingPharmaceutical or similar GMP environmentAdvancing human health requires exceptional people - your talent, experience and passion will be the perfect match.
