A company is looking for a Director of Strategy & Operations.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the central point of contact for strategic initiatives, synthesizing outputs into actionable deliverablesProactively identify and manage program risks and interdependencies, partnering with stakeholders for decisive outcomesDeliver program updates and recommendations to leadership, articulating progress and resource needsRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferredMinimum of 10+ years of experience in program and/or engagement management, with at least 3 years in a leadership roleHealthcare background strongly preferredDemonstrated experience managing complex initiatives within a top-tier health technology company
