Operate computers and programs for calibration of machine tools, welding machines, brazing machines. Use of computers for an array of tasks such as email, training, etc. Diagnose malfunctions and make repairs on electronics including replacement of components, logic systems and electronic controls and PLC systems. Maintain familiarity with electrical and electronic equipment, in order to make necessary shutoff, changes, and re-energizing due to emergencies, power failures, limited demand, or temporary overload. Minimum Education Required: High School/GED Job Category: Engineering Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities: What You Bring: Minimum of high school graduate plus completion of a four-year Electronics/Electrical Apprenticeship, or two-year associate degree in electronics. Must have worked four years as an electrician in the industrial field. Due to DoD requirements, candidates must be US citizens. Must be able to obtain and maintain DOD security clearance.
