We are focused on execution, service, and growth and are looking for a sales leader who operates the same way.The RoleWe’re hiring a National Sales Manager to lead our sales team of 15 reps across all six locations. This is a hands-on management role — you’ll be in the trenches with your team every day. Your responsibility is to ensure the team is producing. That means setting clear expectations, reinforcing daily activity, coaching where needed, and making changes when performance isn’t there. You will recruit, develop, and hold your team accountable, while working alongside them to build pipeline and close business.The bottom line: drive consistent sales performance and revenue growth across all markets.What You’ll DoManage, coach, and hold accountable a team of 15 sales reps across six locationsOperate with urgency and expect the same from your teamMove quickly, prioritize effectively, and drive results without delaySet clear performance and activity expectations, track results daily, and take action quickly when standards aren’t metDevelop reps into top performers through structured coaching, call reviews, and field training — not just oversightRecruit, hire, and onboard new sales reps as the team grows or when gaps need to be filledWork directly with reps on sales calls, prospect development, and closing dealsDrive revenue growth across all six markets through disciplined pipeline management and team executionCollaborate with General Managers and leadership to align sales efforts with operational capacityReport on sales performance, pipeline health, and team productivity to senior leadershipEnforce Salesforce activity and data quality standardsDirect and manage assigned support personnel/rolesWhat Success Looks LikeConsistent activity levels across the teamFull pipeline visibility and accuracyReps consistently meeting or exceeding quotaUnderperformers addressed quickly and effectivelyStrong partnership with Operations and leadershipClear structure, accountability, and execution across all marketsWho You AreYou’ve managed a sales team before — not just led strategy, but actually hired, coached, and when necessary, let people goYou have experience in logistics, courier, delivery, or transportation servicesYou’re a hands-on manager who leads from the front, not from behind a deskYou know how to build a pipeline, track activity, and use a CRM to manage performanceYou’re comfortable managing people across multiple locations remotelyYou know how to push people, hold them accountable, and still earn their respectYou are comfortable making tough personnel decisions when performance doesn’t improveYou’re motivated by results and take personal ownership of your team’s performanceYou’re willing to travel to our markets as neededThis is not a maintenance role. This is a build, coach, and elevate role.
