This position is critical in building production-ready cloud architectures, driving reliable CI/CD processes, and ensuring database performance as the business scales. The role collaborates across security, application development, and site reliability teams to accelerate product delivery and infrastructure reliability.Responsibilities:Provide technical leadership and mentor junior team membersTranslate business and compliance requirements into practical designs and documentationCollaborate with Security, Application Development, Reliability, and Connectivity teamsDesign and implement AWS architectures for high availabilityEngineer resilient data and service backends with proper networking and disaster recoveryManage secrets and configuration across environmentsEvaluate and implement database scaling and performance optimizationConfigure load balancers, DNS, VPC, and SSL/TLS managementImplement GitOps and continuous delivery pipelines with automated rollbacksCodify infrastructure using AWS CDK and CloudFormationDevelop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and platform automation toolsSupport Site Reliability Engineering practicesOptimize AWS cost and performanceEmbed observability and security guardrails in platform servicesMaintain high-quality documentation and contribute to internal platform standardsRequirements:5+ years of hands-on AWS experience including ECS, RDS, ALB, VPC, CloudWatch, Lambda, AmplifyExperience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as AWS CDK or CloudFormationCI/CD pipeline experience with tools like GitLab CI or GitHub ActionsProficiency in Windows Server and PowerShell automation; working knowledge of Linux/BashStrong networking fundamentals including routing, DNS, load balancing, and SSL managementProven experience scaling containerized services and managing autoscalingDeep knowledge of MySQL and PostgreSQL performance tuningExperience documenting infrastructure for team knowledge sharingExperience designing secure and compliant architecturesPay Range and Compensation Package:The pay range and compensation package for this role will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, skills, and other relevant factors.Equal Opportunity Statement:Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
