Overview This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our patients as a Mental Health Technician at Perimeter Behavioral of Missouri Primrose. In this role, you will provide compassionate, personalized care to support the recovery and well-being of individuals struggling with mental health, complex physical conditions and behavioral challenges.  This full-time position involves working 12-hour shifts, days and nights.  Responsibilities Assess patient behavior and document observations during assigned shiftsModel and teach appropriate life skills to promote independent livingEscort patients and assist with daily living activities as neededMaintain a safe, clean, and therapeutic environment for our patientsProvide de-escalation and physical intervention if necessary (training provided)Monitor and document patients’ behaviors, moods, and physical conditions, promptly reporting any significant changes to the clinical teamAssist clients with ADL’s and work with nursing to provide medical needs such as feeding, vitals, etc.   Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent requiredActive Missouri Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) .
