The technicians we are looking for must be able to seek out solutions to tough problems with a strong passion for doing what’s right for our guests. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Technicians use their knowledge & skills to diagnose and fix vehicles for our guests Be able to perform a wide range of services from Oil changes to full drivability diagnostics and repair Continuously build experience as an automotive mechanic across a wide range of domestic and foreign vehicles Complete full, accurate, and honest courtesy vehicle inspections Work independently to troubleshoot guest concerns quickly and effectively Follow and promote our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization Work together when needed with other Technicians to solve problems to help meet deadlines Qualifications: Positive attitude and a desire to improve skills Must have or be able to obtain a Missouri Vehicle Inspection license 2+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic A1-A8 ASE Certifications preferred, but not required Capable of diagnosing and repairing all makes/models of vehicles Aptitude for learning additional skills and processes Professional appearance and strong communication A desire for long-term career development Must provide own tools Physical Requirements: Have a valid state issued driver’s license Drive manual transmissions vehicles Occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds Be able to work with tools on vehicles lifted above their head Work in tight spaces as dictated by the vehicle’s needed repair Have the needed ability to efficiently use hand tools Walk/stand for most of their workday Benefits: Paid Vacation & Paid Holidays Closed Every Weekend To Spend Time With Family & Friends Local Owner - Onsite Daily On-Going Training & Career Advancement Must be able to work independently.
