We're seeking a skilled and versatile Installer/Tradesman to join our growing team. Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced Installer/Tradesman with a broad range of skills to work on various projects. The ideal candidate will be proficient in multiple aspects of construction and installation, able to work independently, and deliver high-quality craftsmanship. Key Responsibilities: - Execute installation projects, including tile work, trim installation, door fitting, and wall framing - Communicate effectively with customers, addressing their needs and concerns - Ensure all work meets quality standards and regulations - Coordinate with project managers and other trades on job sites - Maintain a clean and safe work environment - Assist in material estimation for projects Qualifications: - Minimum 3-5 years of experience in residential or commercial construction - Proven expertise in tile installation, trim work, door installation, and framing - Strong knowledge of building codes and safety regulations - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents - Valid driver's license and reliable transportation - Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions - Candidates must possess a comprehensive set of basic hand tools What We Offer: - Competitive pay commensurate with experience - Paid vacation and holidays - Opportunity for growth within an expanding company - Positive and collaborative work environment How to Apply: Please send your resume, references, and a brief description of your most challenging installation project to team@swshomeservices.com.
