Experienced Cannabis Trimmer (OLCC Required)

Overview We are seeking an Experienced Cannabis Trimmer to join our meticulous Post-Harvest team. This is a critical, hands-on role where quality and precision take priority over speed. As a top shelf indoor farm with a predictable three-week harvest cycle, we offer consistent work and a focus on detail-oriented, high-end finishing. The ideal candidate is highly dependable, possesses exceptional manual dexterity, and holds a deep understanding of flower structure and preservation. A valid Oregon Liquor and Cannabis Commission (OLCC) Marijuana Worker Permit is mandatory for this positions Responsibilities Former experience preferred Must be Reliable and Dependable Must have valid OLCC Handlers Permit Must work well with others and have good team work skills Must be able to meet deadlines Must have a reliable form of transportation Strict adherence to hygiene, sanitation, and safety protocols in the trimming area. Exceptional Hand Dexterity and Fine Motor Skills OLCC Compliance Adherence In-depth knowledge of preserving bud structure and maximizing trichome retention.
