Build relationships with universities and coordinate early career events to strengthen talent pipelinesRequired Qualifications3-5 years of recruiting experience in early careers or high-volume hiring preferred
Strong program management and event planning experience
Experience with ATS platforms, particularly Workday
Ability to partner with and present to senior stakeholders
