This organization is at the forefront of genetic discovery, developing innovative solutions that impact health and well-being worldwide.The Role Support program managers in addressing vendor queries related to historical member benefits enrollment and eligibility information. Administer life insurance enrollment and eligibility, handling escalated questions resulting from discrepancies between systems and employer records. Support the Life Insurance Premium Waiver interim process and assist in developing new procedures. Investigate and determine root causes of data or file discrepancies in collaboration with technical staff, vendors, and business teams. Troubleshoot data issues and document findings, resolutions, and procedures.What You'll Need Experience researching, interpreting, and applying relevant state statutes, administrative codes, policies, and procedures. Ability to analyze and compare large data sets and files to identify discrepancies, inconsistencies, and trends. Working knowledge of data exchange processes, file layouts, and/or eligibility and enrollment data. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, filtering, sorting, pivot tables, and lookup functions. Strong critical and analytical thinking for effective problem-solving.
