The Pitch
We are scaling quickly and looking for driven Door to Door Field Sales Supervisors who thrive in high-energy, performance-based environments and know how to build, coach, and push a winning sales team in the field.
In this role, you will lead direct sales reps on the ground, driving door-to-door acquisition, local events, and community campaigns across assigned territories. You are not sitting on the sidelines. You are in it with your team, setting the pace, holding the standard, and making sure execution turns into results.
This is for operators who know how to win in field sales.
What You'll Actually Own
Own the regional sales number - drive it, report it, and be accountable for it.
Recruit, hire, and onboard high-performing D2D reps, working closely with recruiting and HR to keep the pipeline full and moving fast.
Coach and manage performance daily in the field, not just in office check-ins. You are visible, active, and setting the standard on the ground
Own territory design, route planning, and market coverage strategy to maximize door-to-door efficiency and penetration
Develop people relentlessly - turning Trainees into Associates, Associates into producing Reps, and strong Reps into senior performers.
Set and enforce a high performance bar. Coach up the middle, accelerate top talent, and move out underperformance quickly to protect team momentum.
Lead door-to-door execution across assigned markets, ensuring consistent prospecting, closing activity, and disciplined field presence.
Partner with marketing, operations, and network teams to unlock markets and remove friction for your teams in the field.
Drive local market penetration through community engagement, including events, small business relationships, and MDU outreach.
Build a culture that wins in the field through consistency, urgency, and execution.

Who We're Looking For
You've led a door-to-door or field sales team and consistently delivered against a revenue or sales target.
You know how to build and maintain a team - recruiting strong reps, developing them quickly, and keeping a pipeline of talent ready to go.
You coach in the field, not from behind a desk. You lead by example and set the tone through presence and execution.
You hold a high performance standard while still keeping your team engaged, motivated, and moving forward.
You can look at rep-level data and immediately understand what's working, what's broken, and what needs to change.
You're a builder. Comfortable operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments where structure is earned, not handed to you.
Minimum 2 years in sales leadership and 3+ years total in sales, preferably in door-to-door or other commissioned, field-based roles.
Bachelor's degree is preferred, but demonstrated performance and leadership in the field matter more than formal education.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
