We are seeking a proactive, multitasker with a positive "can do" attitude.Responsibilities:Provide administrative support to the management team and othersInvolvement in all aspects of the business and must possess the ability to keep information confidentialAppointment scheduling and client relations for consultantsDaily scheduling support and reporting analysisPerform research and prepare documentation for special projectsPrepare meeting materials and take meeting minutesAssist with planning company events (holiday parties, social events etc.)Maintain client database to ensure accuracy of informationResponsible for back up reception coverageAdditional responsibilities that may be assigned from time to timeQualifications:Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent with 1-2 years of experience.Required Skills:Ability to work independently and wear many hats in a team environment with a professional and diplomatic demeanorSuccessfully operate in a very fast paced, hectic professional services environment and interact effectively with all levels of the organizationMust be focused with meticulous attention to detailsStrong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to take initiative and possess a drive for delivering outstanding results
