Marketing Assistant (Full-Time | On-Site) 📍 Cleveland, OHCleveland Canvass is entering a new phase of growth, bringing a fresh approach to how brands connect with people across the Cleveland area.We’re building out a new team and looking for individuals who want to develop practical marketing experience in a role that’s active, people-focused, and performance-driven.This is not a desk-based position. You’ll be involved in live campaigns, working directly with customers and representing brands in real time.What You’ll Be DoingSupporting marketing campaigns through face-to-face brand representationEngaging with customers to communicate services, offers, and promotionsContributing to customer acquisition and sales through daily interactionsAssisting with campaign setup, execution, and performance trackingWorking with a team to meet daily and weekly targetsWhat We’re Looking ForStrong communication skills and confidence speaking with new peopleSomeone who enjoys a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentPositive attitude and willingness to learn on the jobReliable, professional, and consistentFull-time availability and able to commute within the Cleveland areaWhat You’ll GetWeekly pay (W2 position) with a base rate + performance incentivesOngoing training in marketing, sales, and campaign strategyClear progression opportunities based on performanceA supportive team environment with hands-on coachingNext StepIf shortlisted, you’ll be invited to a brief initial Zoom interview (10–15 minutes).
