SAP SD / OTC Consultant/SME (Manufacturing Domain)Location: Newark, CA (100% Onsite)Experience: 10–15+ YearsJob Summary:We are seeking an experienced SAP SD / OTC Consultant with a background in manufacturing industry processes. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Order-to-Cash (OTC) cycles and hands-on experience in configuring and supporting SAP SD solutions aligned with manufacturing operations such as make-to-order (MTO), make-to-stock (MTS), and supply chain integration.Key Responsibilities:• Lead and support SAP SD/OTC implementations, rollouts, and enhancements• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and translate manufacturing requirements into SAP solutions• Configure and customize SAP SD modules including:• Sales order processing• Pricing & billing• Shipping & delivery• Credit management• Output determination• Support end-to-end OTC processes, including:• Order management• Delivery processing• Invoicing and revenue recognition• Integrate SD with other modules such as:• MM (Materials Management)• PP (Production Planning)• FI (Finance & Accounting)• Handle intercompany sales, third-party processes, and returns management• Troubleshoot production issues and provide L2/L3 support• Participate in UAT, testing cycles, and documentation• Drive process improvements and automation within OTC• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across supply chain and manufacturingRequired Skills & Qualifications:• Overall 10+ years of IT and min. 5+ years of experience in SAP SD / OTC• Strong understanding of manufacturing business processes• Hands-on experience with:o Pricing procedureso Output & partner determinationo Availability check (ATP)o Delivery scheduling• Knowledge of integration with PP, MM, and FI modules• Experience in S/4HANA is highly preferred• Experience in global manufacturing environments• SAP certification in SD is a plus• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills• Ability to work independently and in client-facing roles• Strong communication and stakeholder management• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions• Team collaboration and leadership mindset
