Not from indifference — but from the conviction that they can reach it, and that lowering the standard is the true disservice. If that principle resonates, continue reading. If it feels severe, this position will likely frustrate you.Alpha students don't attend lectures. They advance through adaptive applications at double the speed of conventional classrooms while simultaneously developing practical life competencies. Your responsibility is ensuring three commitments are fulfilled for every child in your cohort: they love attending school, they learn twice as fast, and they acquire skills no traditional textbook provides. You simultaneously develop the Guides who deliver these same commitments throughout your campus.Your days begin with data review. Coachbot analytics reveal which students are progressing and which require intervention. By mid-morning you're facilitating a live life skills workshop with your K-8 cohort, executing Alpha's established framework. Post-lunch you're observing a Guide's session, then debriefing them with three precise actions to refine their execution. Certain days involve leading motivation huddles, converting leaderboard competitions and campus currency into momentum that re-engages hesitant learners. You'll witness reserved children present with confidence to adults. You'll observe a student who previously "despised school" request to remain after hours. And you'll understand that the standard you maintained is precisely what enabled their growth, because upholding the bar demonstrates your belief in their capacity to exceed it.If you've demolished benchmarks, transformed underperformers into top achievers, and you're prepared to replicate this for children, submit your application now. What You Will Be DoingFacilitating one-hour live life skills and social-emotional learning (SEL) sessions with K-8 students covering topics such as public speaking and concentration, adhering to Alpha's structured frameworkConducting daily motivation sessions designed to propel 100% of students toward their weekly application goals through age-appropriate motivators including campus currency and leaderboardsDeveloping Guides via observation, precise feedback, and direct coaching so they execute workshops with equivalent energy and accuracyAnalyzing Coachbot analytics and student data to pinpoint who requires intervention, then personally delivering that interventionDirectly mentoring your assigned cohort of students, demonstrating the coaching and motivation techniques you require from every GuideWhat You Won’t Be DoingCreating lesson plans or developing curriculum. You're 80% performer, 20% content expert; if you prefer standing at a whiteboard, this role isn't suitable.Granting exceptions when a student is "nearly there." 100% mastery remains the standard, and compromising it isn't compassion.Operating from an office reviewing administrative documents.
