Senior Channel Account Manager – Enterprise Software Platform (High-Growth AI, Cyber, SaaS Vendor)Recruit/ On Board, Educate and "Sell Through" Partners (Channel, VAR, Reseller, Disti, Partner, Alliances).Happy to travel to NYC offices at least 4 days a month (ideally 1 week), or once a week$300-330k OTE with a 60/40 split plus equitThe Business: High-Growth AI, Cyber, SaaS Vendor operating within enterprise software, supporting organisations in managing complex technology environments and improving operational efficiencyThe platform is used by global organisations to streamline internal processes and enhance service delivery across distributed teamsEstablished international customer base across North America and EMEAEntering a key growth phase with increased investment into indirect and partner-led go-to-marketThe Opportunity:Strategic hire to build and scale the partner and channel ecosystem across key regionsBlend of partner acquisition, commercial ownership, and ongoing partner enablementHighly visible position working closely with Sales Leadership, Marketing, and Product teamsOpportunity to shape and define the partner strategy in a growing international businessKey Duties:Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners, including VARs, resellers, distributors, and strategic alliancesOwn the full partner lifecycle from initial engagement through to signed agreement and activationLead commercial discussions, agreeing partnership models, margins, and go-to-market alignmentBuild and execute joint business plans with partners, aligned to revenue targets and growth objectivesEnable partners to successfully position and sell the platform, driving a strong sell-through model into end customersDeliver onboarding, training, and ongoing partner enablement to ensure product understanding and commercial successSupport partners on active opportunities, including pipeline development, deal strategy, and customer engagementOwn partner-generated pipeline, forecasting, and revenue contributionWork cross-functionally to optimise partner performance, programmes, and routes to marketContinuously identify new partner opportunities and expansion channelsRequirements:At least 4+ years of experience in Partner or Channel Sales, Account Management, or Account Executive roles within AI, Cyber, and EndpointExperience working with VARs, resellers, distributors, or indirect channel partnersProven ability to own commercial conversations and drive revenue through partnersStrong understanding of channel sell-through models and partner enablementCommercially driven with experience carrying a quota (direct or partner-led)Experience operating in an international or multi-region environmentStrong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skillsHighly organised, able to manage multiple partners and initiatives simultaneouslyCompensation:$300-330k OTE with a 60/40 split plus equityHappy to travel to NYC offices at least 4 days a month, ideally 1 week, or once a weekThank you,Team Amberes
