Program Manager

Overview In this role you drive capital projects for Sterigenics technologies, with a focus on Ethylene Oxide, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery. You’ll lead or support multi-project workstreams, coordinate across departments, and oversee contractor performance and compliance. You contribute to a disciplined stage-gate process and help optimize budgets, schedules, and scope while upholding regulatory standards.
