The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling, tracking, shipping, receiving, and managing IT equipment inventory in a fast-paced warehouse environment.Key Responsibilities:Handle receiving, warehousing, distribution, and shipment of IT equipmentPack, prepare, and prioritize shipments for multiple locations and couriersAudit shipment documentation and inventory records for accuracyProcess RMAs, salvage, and End-of-Lease (EOL) equipmentManage warranty replacements for laptops, printers, docking stations, monitors, and headsetsUtilize ticketing systems to fulfill fulfillment and hot swap requestsMaintain inventory accuracy through regular audits and stock managementTest returned monitors, docking stations, MiFi devices, and peripheral equipment for redeploymentRequired Skills:Basic Microsoft Word and Excel skillsGood written and verbal communication skillsExperience using material handling equipment such as pallet jacks, scanners, and shrink wrap machinesAbility to lift up to 50 lbsHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredInterview Process:1 Phone Interview followed by In-person
