Estate Planning Attorney

Job Description An established law firm in Santa Barbara is seeking an experienced Estate Planning Attorney including a strong background in probate and conservatorships. This role is ideal for an attorney who values meaningful client relationships, collaborative work, and professional growth within a respected estate and wealth planning practice.Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm $165,000-$280,000/year + BenefitsResponsibilities:* Provide counsel on estate planning matters, including wills, trusts, and related strategies. * Handle probate and conservatorship matters with confidence and accuracy. * Work closely with senior attorneys and staff in a team-oriented environment. * Maintain high professional and ethical standards in all client interactions. * Participate in ongoing professional development and contribute to firm initiatives.Qualifications:* Active California Bar membership in good standing. * 2+ years hands-on Estate Planning experience * Strong working knowledge of probate and conservatorships * Ability to work in person and commute to the Santa Barbara office dailyComprehensive benefits package, including: Medical and dental insurance.
