We review all applications.York Plaza Apartments is seeking a professional Full-time Maintenance Tech 2 to join their team in Edina, MN. The Maintenance Technician II is an entry-level maintenance role responsible for assisting with routine property maintenance, repairs, and preventive maintenance tasks under close supervision. This role supports the Maintenance Technician I and Maintenance Lead by performing basic maintenance duties, assisting with apartment turns, and learning property systems, tools, and procedures. The Maintenance Technician II is expected to develop technical skills over time and grow into a more independent maintenance role.Working Hours:Typically, FT40, Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm. Property office hours may vary from property to property.
