In this role, you will collaborate closely with product owners and business stakeholders to develop and implement data product requirements, ensuring the delivery of high-quality insights and reports. Your expertise in SQL and Python will be essential in extracting, transforming, and analyzing healthcare data from various source systems. You will serve as a subject matter expert in clinical and claims data, supporting data acquisition, quality evaluation, and process efficiencies. The role requires effective communication skills to present complex data insights to diverse audiences, including senior leadership. Additionally, you will foster a collaborative and inclusive environment, supporting team growth and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
