This role offers the opportunity to build a caseload aligned with your strengths while receiving strong administrative and clinical support.We welcome clinicians working with individuals, couples, families, and adolescents who approach therapy with curiosity, cultural humility, and clinical integrity.⸻Key Responsibilities* Conduct diagnostic evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans* Provide therapy services (individual, couples, family, and/or group) using evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, MI, EMDR, and TF-CBT* Maintain timely, accurate, and HIPAA-compliant clinical documentation within the EHR system* Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure continuity of care* Participate in supervision (required for LLMSW and LLPC clinicians) and peer consultation* Provide services via in-person, telehealth, or hybrid formats* Support clients with crisis intervention and safety planning when needed⸻Preferred Areas of Experience* Trauma and attachment-based therapy* Anxiety and depression* Grief and loss* Relationship and interpersonal concerns* Life transitions* Adolescent and family systems work⸻Qualifications* Licensed in Michigan as one of the following: LLMSW, LMSW, LLPC, LPC, or LMFT* Supervision-eligible if holding a limited license (LLMSW or LLPC)* Commitment to ethical standards (NASW, ACA, or AAMFT)* Strong clinical judgment and crisis management skills* Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic documentation* Demonstrated ability to work with diverse populations using cultural responsiveness⸻What We OfferFlexible Scheduling* Build your own caseload* Optional evening and weekend hoursHybrid Work Options</p>* Provide in-person, virtual, or blended careClient Referrals* Thoughtful client-clinician matching based on expertiseAdministrative Support* Billing, credentialing, scheduling, and insurance verification handled for youClinical Support* Supervision available for limited license clinicians* Opportunities for fully licensed clinicians to provide supervisionProfessional Development* Ongoing collaboration, consultation, and growth opportunities⸻Compensation* Contract position with a fee-based split* Compensation based on license level and clinical experience
