Marine Service Intern

Summer internship opportunities in marine service at Parks Marina! This position will be responsible for working directly with the customer to ensure an excellent customer service experience for the maintenance and repair of their boats and water vehicles.Experience Must have an outgoing, friendly personality and superior communication and customer service skills, both face to face and over the phone or email. willingness to learn strong computer skills the ability to negotiate customer complaints to a satisfactory resolution strong attention to detail and organizational skillsPay: $14/hrBenefits: Employee discounts on Merchandise, Meals, & CruisesSchedule: This position includes evening, weekend and holiday hours. All interns with Parks Marina are required to work Memorial Day, 4th of July and Labor Day weekends.
