Truck Driver - Yard

The Yard Truck Driver is responsible for safely and efficiently moving trailers and materials throughout the facility to support daily operations. This role plays a critical part in keeping the yard organized, ensuring timely deliveries, and maintaining a safe working environment.What You’ll DoOperate yard trucks to move trailers between docks, staging areas, and storage locations Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and report maintenance needs Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure accurate and timely trailer placement Maintain a clean, organized yard with clear and safe pathways Assist with loading and unloading materials as needed Track and document trailer movements, including arrival and departure times Follow all safety procedures and company policies Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors Participate in training and continuous improvement efforts
