Join Our Team as an Upper Extremity Orthopedic SurgeonWe are excited to announce an opportunity for a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Upper Extremity Orthopedic Surgeon to become part of our orthopedic service line in Northern New Jersey. This role presents a unique chance to work in a bustling, collaborative setting with a well-established referral network and robust institutional backing.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver comprehensive care for patients with conditions affecting the shoulder, elbow, wrist, and hand, including degenerative diseases, traumatic injuries, sports-related issues, and complex reconstructive surgeries.Engage in diagnosis, both surgical and non-surgical management, perioperative care, and ongoing patient follow-up.Participate in clinical research and educational initiatives.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physical and occupational therapy, pain management, and rehabilitation specialists, to provide holistic, patient-centered care.Candidate QualificationsMust be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery.Fellowship training in Upper Extremity, Hand & Wrist, Shoulder & Elbow, or a related subspecialty is preferred.Must hold a New Jersey medical license or be eligible for licensure.Demonstrated strong clinical and surgical skills in treating upper extremity conditions.An interest in clinical research and academic collaboration is advantageous.Working ConditionsFocused practice on upper extremity musculoskeletal care, encompassing both surgical and non-surgical treatments.Access to advanced technology and multidisciplinary support.Collaborative team environment that fosters professional development.Compensation and BenefitsCompetitive salary range between $400,000 and $800,000 annually, based on various factors including education, skills, and experience.Comprehensive benefits package promoting work-life balance.About Our OrganizationWe are the largest integrated healthcare system in New Jersey, serving over 3 million patients annually.
