The ideal candidate will not only be technically strong but also possess proven leadership capabilities to manage, mentor, and guide a cross-functional QA team working across UI, ETL, and backend systems.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain scalable UI automation frameworksHands-on expertise with tools like Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similarAutomate regression, functional, and integration test casesImprove automation coverage and reduce manual testing effortsAPI TestingDevelop and execute API test automation frameworksWork with tools such as Postman, RestAssured, PyTest, or similarValidate RESTful services for functionality, reliability, and performanceIntegrate API tests into CI/CD pipelinesPython DevelopmentWrite efficient and reusable Python scripts for test automation and ETL validationDevelop utilities and frameworks for test data setup and validationContribute to custom automation frameworksAWS & Cloud TestingWork with AWS services like S3, Lambda, RDS, EC2, Glue, Step Functions, etc.Validate cloud-based workflows and data processing pipelinesUnderstand cloud architecture and ensure test coverage for distributed systemsETL TestingValidate data pipelines, transformations, and data integrityStrong experience in SQL queries and database validationWork with ETL tools such as Informatica, Talend, AWS Glue, or similarPerform data reconciliation and end-to-end validationRequired Skills & Qualifications9+ years of experience in QA Automation & TestingStrong expertise in:UI Automation (Selenium/Cypress/Playwright)API TestingPython programmingETL/Data TestingAWS cloud servicesHands-on experience in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.)Proficiency in SQL and database conceptsStrong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologiesExcellent problem-solving and analytical skills
