STRUCTURED FINANCE OF COUNSEL ATTORNEYMultiple Locations Available - full list at the bottom of this description.HYBRIDA top-10 AmLaw firm with a nationally recognized finance platform, is seeking an experienced Of Counsel or Senior Associate to join its Structured Finance Practice Group. This role focuses on commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS) transactions and is open to candidates based in any U.S. office location. The position offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated securitization matters within a collaborative, high-performing team, while maintaining flexibility through a hybrid work environment.Candidate ProfileJD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record.Active Bar Admission in the applicable jurisdiction, in good standing.5-8 years of substantive experience in structured finance, securitization, and/or CLO transactions.Experience with commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS) transactions preferred, though not required.Prior experience at an AmLaw 100 or similarly sophisticated law firm strongly preferred.Strong analytical, drafting, and writing skills with a high level of attention to detail.
