The Service Technician will be responsible for performing maintenance and repair tasks on packaging machines, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing field service to clients. The role also involves effective customer service to ensure satisfaction during and after technical support interactions, contributing to smooth and reliable machine operations. Qualifications Proficiency in Maintenance and Repair tasks for packaging machines or similar equipmentStrong Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve technical issuesExperience in Field Service with the ability to work on-site at customer locationsExcellent Customer Service skills to provide support and build positive client relationshipsStrong communication skills and the ability to work independentlyFlexibility to travel as required for field service tasksKnowledge of safety protocols and adherence to safety standardsRelevant technical certification or degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering
