- Plan and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and educational activities. - Create a fun and nurturing classroom environment that promotes learning, creativity, and independence. - Support children's social, emotional, physical and cognitive development. - Observe, assess, and document children's progress and developmental milestones. - Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom in compliance with all licensing and health regulations. - Guide children's behavior using positive guidance techniques and classroom management strategies. - Communicate regularly with parents regarding children's progress and daily activities on the app. - Supervise children during classroom activities, outdoor play, meals and rest periods. - Collaborate with fellow teachers and management to support program goals and ensure quality care.
