Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Packaging Engineer, based in Narasaraopeta. The Packaging Engineer will design, develop, and optimize packaging systems to ensure efficiency, safety, and sustainability. Responsibilities include conducting research and development for innovative packaging solutions, managing packaging-related projects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet production and regulatory requirements. The role also involves staying updated on industry trends and standards to drive innovation. Qualifications Experience in Packaging Engineering, including development, optimization, and designAbility to conduct Research and Development (R&D) for innovative packaging solutionsStrong Project Management skills to oversee packaging projects from concept to implementationKnowledge and experience in Mechanical Engineering principles relevant to packagingExcellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skillsBachelor’s degree in Packaging Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fieldFamiliarity with sustainability and environmentally-friendly packaging practices is an advantageExperience with packaging standards and regulations is a plus
