OverviewThe Research Associate is primarily responsible for supporting the CISCRP Research Services department on all administrative and logistical aspects of CISCRP's research programs – including patient outreach and engagement; and project planning and execution.We OfferCompetitive benefits packageMission-driven work culture in a supportive and fun work environmentDevelopment and training opportunitiesAltruistic feelingMain ResponsibilitiesSupporting logistical and administrative aspects of project planning and executionLeading outreach efforts to identify patients/caregivers to participate in patient engagement activities and/or other research projectsManaging all communication with patients as applicable to prepare and maintain engagementSupporting patient engagement activities (virtual or in-person) project planning, facilitation and report deliveryIdentifying and securing venues and lodging for in-person patient engagement activities or projectsProviding support as necessary on other research-related projects and initiatives (ex: online survey programing and testing and dissemination)What You BringBS/BA preferably in marketing research, public health, business, or social sciencesPreferably 1 to 2 years business/administrative, public health, or market research related experience (Professional or Internship)Proven project management, event planning, community engagement and/or outreach skillsProficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (i.e. Word, Power Point, Excel, MS Teams)Possess excellent creative and analytic problem solving skillsStrong interpersonal and communication skills; can professionally engage with patients and their familiesHighly organized with the ability to set priorities, develop and manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously with excellent attention to detailWilling to travel (up to 15% of the time)Why Work With Us?At CISCRP we are always interested in meeting qualified candidates eager to join our mission.
