Associate Consultant, Donor Relations and Experience

Job Description: Use expertise to provide support to clients from healthcare systems and academic medical centers, colleges and universities, arts and cultural organizations, and many other nonprofits to advance their missions.Work with client-facing teams and contribute to the success of client projects by developing and delivering materials that support donor engagement and stewardship.Collaborate with colleagues across the organization to create communications, reports, and donor relations resources that support donor relationships and advance client goals.Produce high-quality deliverables, assist with the creation and implementation of report recommendations, donor engagement strategies and other related services.Manage projects, collaborate effectively, and deliver consistent results to support clients' fundraising efforts.Requirements: 5+ years of work experience related to donor relations, donor experience or stewardship in higher education, a healthcare/academic medical center setting, and/or non-profit organization.Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.Analytical skills, both qualitative and quantitative, and a solid strategic thinking ability for report writing.Solid time management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.Bachelor's degree required. xevrcyc Benefits: Paid holidaysPTO and volunteer time off401(k) retirement plan with employer contributionMedical, dental, and vision insurance with HSA and FSA (medical and dependent care) optionsEmployer paid basic life insuranceShort and long-term disability
